Just as a side note, by details she means "when did this happen" or "what were you doing when this happened".
Sometimes this is just easily fixed by patching properly.

Maybe I'll make a "RO Folder" guide so that this won't happen to other people, and if it does so that they'll know how to fix it themselves.

I may be a little late replying to this. But here it is anyway.

You get that error when you encounter something in the game you dont have the sprite file for.

How to combat this -
Update your Ragnarok and Ragnarok Renewal Frequently. Also Divinia updates.
Use the latest Ragnarok / Ragnarok Renewal if you are using an old client (Like Sakray)
If you pasted DiviniaRO over an old server you "Used" to play. There .grf files (File containing the sprites) may be interfering with Divinia's files! Youll need to make a fresh install of Ragnarok/Renewal(RE) and DiviniaRO.

Sometimes the latest version of the server itself, and content made by Divinia will cause errors too, if this is the case the Admin's / eAthena staff will solve the issue after enough people report the error.
